Cook your own very special Mexican stew and select chicken, vegetarian, or vegan

A perfect Mexican stew to warm up your days. We invite you to our Pozole Cooking Classfollowed by lunch. Learn to make this traditional hominy stew in a chicken, vegetarian or vegan style. It will be followed by a group buffet lunch where you will get to enjoy the fruits of your labor

Menu

  • Mexican Coleslaw

  • Guacamole

  • Pozole, chicken or vegetarian

  • Mexican rice

  • Mexican sweet corn cake


The class is conducted in Engiish and Spanish by our accomplished cooks. Each person also is provided with the recipe in the apropriate .language. 

Each person will cook a portion of the menu which will be served to all during the lunch period .

Each person has a fully equipped cooking station with all ingredients and utensils.

Following your visit all recipes will be electronically provided
