Veganxtravaganza! Not just vegan but and entire vegan menu focused on Asian Cusine.

Our vegan culinary adventure continues with our Asian Vegan Journey being held on Wednesday March 19 service will begin at 1 pm. Limited seating reserve early.


Appetizers

  • Gyoza (Japanese Dumplings)

    • Pan-fried or steamed dumplings filled with cabbage, tofu, and garlic, served with soy sauce.

  • Vegan Peking Duck Wraps

    • Tofu or seitan “duck” wrapped in thin pancakes with hoisin sauce, cucumbers, and green onions.

  • Spicy Vegan Ahi Tuna

    • Marinated watermelon "tuna" served with a spicy soy-based sauce, mimicking the flavors of ahi tuna.

Soup

  • Indian Mulligatawny Soup

    • A spiced lentil soup made with turmeric, cumin, and coriander, served with rice, tofu, and vegetables.

Salad

  • Thai Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad)

    • A popular Thai salad made with our SMA grown shredded green papaya, tomatoes, beans, chili, peanuts, and a tangy tamarind dressing.

Main dishes

  • Indian Aloo Gobi

    • A comforting curry made with potatoes, cauliflower, and a variety of Indian spices

  • Chinese Eggplant in Garlic Sauce

    • Tender eggplant stir-fried in a savory and spicy garlic sauce

Side dishes

  • Vietnamese Fried Tofu with Lemongrass

    • Crispy fried tofu with lemongrass, chili, and fresh herbs.

  • Thai Coconut Rice

    • Fragrant jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk, often served alongside curry dishes.

Dessert

  • Matcha Vegan ice cream

  • Chinese Almond Cookies
