Tortilla Class-

Come and enjoy a fun afternoon learning to make and cook with tortillas. This versatile unleaven corn bread is basic to the Mexican diet and can be used creatively as vehicle for hosting and delivery wonderful dishes.

The class is conducted in Engiish and Spanish by our accomplished cooks. Each person also is provided with the recipe in the apropriate .language. 

Each person will cook a portion of the menu which will be served to all during the lunch period .

Each person has a fully equipped cooking station with all ingredients and utensils.

Following your visit all recipes will be electronically provided
