  • Pastéis - Fried pastry pockets filled with meat.

  • Pão de Queijo - Chewy cheese bread made with tapioca flour and Minas cheese.

Salad

  • Salada de Palmito - Hearts of palm salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and olive oil.

Soup

  • Creme de Espinafre - Creamy spinach soup topped with croutons.

Main dish choices 

  • Feijoada - A black bean stew with pork cuts, served with rice, collard greens, and orange slices.

  • Picanha Grilled top sirloin cap, a Brazilian barbecue classic.

  • Feijoada Vegetariana - A vegetarian version of the iconic black bean stew, made with tofu, vegetables, and smoked paprika.
