We invite you to our “Turkish Aegean Olive Oil Festival”—a culinary celebration inspired by the sun-drenched coastal kitchens of Türkiye. This special event brings together graceful mezze, vibrant garden flavors, and richly layered traditional dishes, all elevated with our estate extra-virgin olive oils. Experience the warmth, sophistication, and generosity of the Aegean table in an exclusive olive oil producing farm  in San Miguel de Allende.

    • Chicken braised with lemon, oregano, garlic, olives, and estate olive oil, served rustic-style with roasted vegetables.

  • Turkish Beef İskender

    • Thin slices of grilled beef served over warm bread with tomato sauce, yogurt, and a drizzle of estate olive oil.

  • Imam Bayıldı – Ottoman Stuffed Eggplant

    • Eggplant filled with tomato, onion, and garlic slowly braised in olive oil until meltingly tender.
