You are invited to be part of a small group cooking class in our open air classroom featuring the classic Mexican dish, Chicken Tinga. 

Our staff will also prepare three unusual fried dishes so be prepared for something new and different. And we are not just frying but frying in our extra virgin olive oil. The following menu will surely surprise you.
