Our culinary cooking journey with our staff continues. This time we have selected a recipe to help pass a chilly day or evening in our cold mountain air. A unique lamb stew called “birria de borrego”.
As with all our classes, everyone will participate in preparing part of the buffet menu which everyone will get to enjoy at the end of the meal.
