In 2022 we began opening or main residence for special dinners. The first was a celebration of the summer solstice, a Chef Anthony led evening, with welcome champagne and caviar and an incredible menu. It was a huge success and instead of the planned one-day celebration we were booked for two wonderful fun filled days.


After that first evening, quite a few celebrations followed. Many more are planned, please join us on June 21 for our Second Annual Summer Solstice Celebration,

            Classic Caviar Serving

            Smokey grilled pear and burrata salad

Course Three

            Grilled romaine hearts and avocado salad

            Crab cake with old bay mayo, chives, and lemon

            Fillet mignon en croûte with creamy mushroom sauce and

             Celebration Champagne Toast and creamy lemon tiramisu
