Summer Solstice Celebration

 

Our home is perfectly situated on the east west axis. In the past, we have celebrated it by ourselves with a bottle of champagne and inside the house with the setting sun creating a wonderful orange glow inside the house complementing our glow from the champagne. 

 

After more than two years, we are opening our main roof terrace for special events and dinners. Our first official offering is to celebrate the summer solstice with a specially prepared chef’s dinner. Should the weather not cooperate we will host the dinner in our ample dinning room and bring the glow inside.

             Grilled peaches and burrata

            Grilled radicchio with gorgonzola and balsamic vinaigrette

            Grilled Jumbo shrimp with summer squash

Course Five

    Grilled Skirt steak with Bearnaise sauce with asparagus and           roasted new potatoes

Course Six

             Celebration Champagne fresh lemon cupcakes with seasonal                summer berries
