Join us for a culinary experience where you'll learn to craft traditional Mexican pibil dishes. Originating from the Yucatán Peninsula, pibil is a cooking method that involves marinating meats or vegetables in a flavorful blend of spices and citrus juices, then slow-cooking them in banana leaves for a tender and aromatic result.
In this hands-on class, you will be preparing pibil from scratch, mastering the balance of flavors and techniques that make this cuisine so beloved.
