  • Learn to make Pad Thai including working with dried rice noodles and how to prepare them properly to make amazing fried noodles.

  • Learn how to make the sauce from scratch including working with tamarind

  • Learn how to prepare all the vegetables and eggs so all the flavors mingle and the presentation gorgeous.
