If you feel that you can’t find just the exact Italian sausage at the supermarket, then our Italian Sausage Making Class is for you. We will provide you with the knowledge for you to be able to make your own Italian sausage at home

  • Buy and selecting ingredients

  • Creating your own spices

  • Mixing and creating your own sausage filling

  • Testing your filling

  • Making your sausage

  • Cooking with your sausage

After the cooking period you will enjoy a lunch with the following menu 

  • Chopped salad

  • Italian sausage (sweet, hot, mild)

  • Sauces arrabbiata, puttanesca, oil and parmesan

  • Pasta

  • Onions and peppers

  • Garlic bread

  • Tiramisu
