“A Cook Along Tagine”

A private class


Over the past five years we have had served over 4,000 guests at our farm. Many have asked if they could come and cook together with our staff who have become proficient at cooking many international dishes. Their first dish cooked was a Moroccan Chicken Tagine and that has become a favorite of many of our guests.

In January of 2022 we held an open tagine “Cook Along” class and since then several groups have requested their own private class. As a result, we are offering this experience as a private class for groups of four or more with a limit of ten people.


This class is held in Spanish (aid with any required translation will be available)! We will provide the ingredients and tools and you will follow their steps for your own dish. To finish, you will enjoy the fruits of your labors!

Each person will be able select a chicken or lamb tagine or adjust to their specific dietary needs such as gluten, dairy, vegetarian, etc. (note: advance selection of type of tagine is required so we may plan accordingly).


Cook Along- Moroccan Tagine

Our first Cook Along guide you in preparing a tagine tailored to your particular tastes as well as some appropriate side dishes. At the end of which you will be given your own custom-made Tagine to take home so that you can continue to make the dish on your own.


Time: 12 pm – 4pm


Appetizers: prepared by us ahead of time

            Olives, tapenade, toasted bread

Olive oil tasting

             Goat cheese roads, bread, our extra virgin  olive oils


            Green salad you make your on vinagrete

Main dish: You cook along

            Moroccan tagine with preserve lemons and olives

Choices: Vegetarian, chicken, lamb, (one choice per person needed in advance to plan accordingly)

Side dish: cooked during session

            Basmati citrus rice

            Steamed broccoli

Dessert: Prepared by us ahead of time

            Olive oil Gelato

            Chocolate, black olive and orange cake

Drinks included

            Water, lemonade

Drinks 50 pesos each

            Wine or tequila with sangrita.

Take away:

            Your own individual tagine

            Recipes provided by email

Cost: 800 pesos per person 

Reservation is a must with 72 hours advance notice.
