Cajun Cuisine Class

 

Recently one of our regular guests brought us a recipe for and a sample of Gumbo which he had prepared. When he presented this gift he said “taste it and if you like then maybe you should have a class on it”. Well, we tasted it and the gumbo was fantastic and we want to share it! We have built a Cajun cooking class featuring his Gumbo and a few other Cajun recipes to complement it.  Please join us in this adventure into Cajun cuisine with ingredients found right here in SMA.
